We then apply the most effective practices and document the work to be completed on our " Monthly Client Meeting Sheet". This document includes a list of the work to be completed by Web Works and the client during the month.

Email correspondence can be a good way to communicate however we prefer phone calls. Phone calls answer questions faster than the back and forth communications of an email. We do everything in our power to answer the phone when it rings, including late at night and on the weekends. If you, the client, has time to think about your website we have time to answer your questions.
